The albumtitle, Vertrek (Departure) means in Dutch a space or room, as well as a point of departure. A space in which you are being put as accordionplayer within the expected frames (like tango, klezmer, musette, entertainment, etc) as also the moment when you decide to go some other way.
All the recorded music is played by me on accordion (Pigini Sirius) and accordina (Joseph Carrel).
